Kameliya Stancheva obtained her Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma at Seneca College, as well as The Osgood Certificate in Negotiation at Osgood Hall Law School of York University. Afterward, she completed her master’s degree in Engineering in 1990 and her master’s degree in Industrial design in 1991. Kameliya has been a licensed paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2009. Additionally, she has been a member of Ontario Trial Lawyers Association since 2010.
Kameliya has more than 20 years of experience as a professional negotiator. Over the years, she has been involved in a wide array of case conferences, mediations and pre-arbitration hearings before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and Alternative Dispute Resolution Chambers.
She has extensive experience dealing with catastrophically injured victims of motor vehicle accidents in GTA and North Western Ontario. Kameliya is passionate about achieving the best results for her clients. To achieve these results, she skillfully dedicates her time to connecting with insurance adjusters, medical practitioners, and defense lawyers across Canada.
